Rich Hubbard is a dynamic executive coach, talent strategy consultant and powerful leader with a proven reputation for his dedication to helping others navigate their individual leader journeys.

Leadership Impact Lab is a natural progression following a 34-year corporate career in the insurance industry during which he led multifaceted teams, coached both emerging and experienced executives, developed and implemented talent strategies and drove high performance.

Rich's decades in the corporate arena included tenures at regional companies as well as 15 years at The Hartford, a Fortune 200 organization. At each organization, he advanced along his own leadership path and led teams generating over $500 million in revenue countrywide. In his last corporate role, he was in a C-Suite position as an integral member of an executive team.

Throughout his career, Rich has been widely recognized as a close collaborator with HR Business Partners as well as many leaders in other corporate disciplines. During a career trajectory that included successfully implementing a coaching culture within a large organization and developing countless successful teams, Rich discovered a true passion for coaching leaders. He appreciates the self-discovery and learnings inherent in a coaching engagement.

Today, Rich draws on a wealth of corporate experience to focus on supporting individual executives as they develop their own true leadership voices, drive top employee engagement and create sustained performance results.

Rich earned his BBA and MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore. He has attended leadership retreats at Kellogg School of Business and IDEO. He also earned his CPCU, the highest insurance designation.

Rich lives in Ohio with his wife, Kerry and their dog, Otis. You can find him flying his drone, hiking, boating and hanging with his family.
